Hey, I’m Brian

As a young man, I struggled with exercising due to having asthma. I felt like I could never be an athlete, gain muscle and strength, or control my health. My time was spent avoiding exercise at all costs to not have a life-threatening asthma attack. After 12+ years of wishing I could keep up with other athletes, I finally discovered how to take control of my health and overcome my asthma. Finding this strength gave me a kind of freedom I didnÔÇÖt think IÔÇÖd ever experience.

Today, my life is dedicated to sharing what IÔÇÖve learned, teaching men and women how to become the best version of themselves for the rest of their life, and helping master the three Titan Principles of Health, Fitness, & Motivation.
