Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final, as stated on the sales page. No exceptions will be made.

MERCH:
If the product you received is damaged or was misprinted, please email [email protected] ASAP with your order number explaining the problem and including photos of the product with the issue at hand. Claims made after 4 weeks of receiving your shipment cannot be accommodated.
If you have buyer’s remorse, the product doesn’t fit, or it didn’t live up to your expectations, simply email [email protected] with your order number and reasoning within 14 days of receiving the product.
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns for hats, as stated on the sales page.
PLEASE NOTE: To return a product, it must be in its original condition with stickers & tags attached, unwashed & unworn.

**In the package, make sure to include your order number or original packing slip for quick processing.**
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the product.
DO NOT just send products to that address without contacting [email protected] first. If you do that, we will not know whom to issue the refund to! It must be approved first before you ship the product.
Once the product is received by support, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirming the refund at that time. If you want the process to go faster, email [email protected] with the tracking information for the package so we know when it will arrive.
