Our Team

I’m a passionate and dedicated health professional with a desire to bring you a comprehensive health program. Through my own dedication to overcome Asthma, I discovered we truly are capable of greatness. Since then, I have taken it upon myself to help others discover their true potential by applying “The Titan Principles”.

If you want to see real, sustainable results then you’ll need to receive coaching on all levels of your fitness routine on a consistent basis. I offer dynamic, individualized training programs along with nutritional guidance and can be a resource for health-related things to my clients. I work out of a fitness facility in Kansas City, MO but also offer online training and nutritional services. I look forward to the chance of helping you live a better life!

A little bit about me, I have been working as a registered dietitian nutritionist since 2017 and love what I do. I obtained my master’s degree in nutrition and dietetics (yes, I read, studied, and researched health and nutrition for 6 years straight!) in 2018. I love spending quality time with my 2 sons and going on jogs with my lab mix.
