Don’t wait for the new year! Let’s start reaching our goals in November!
This year’s New Me November will be a four-week team-based “challenge.” You’ll be assigned to one of four teams, given a health target for the challenge, and asked to weigh in weekly to see if you’ve met or exceeded that goal by the conclusion.
Members can choose to register their steps and exercise minutes in addition to their weight each week. Throughout the month, teams will engage in a friendly head-to-head competition for step totals and purposeful activity minute totals, not on the number of pounds lost or gained!
Entry is free. Registration will close at 11:59 CST on November 1st.
